Annex A: Introduction This Section reviews the High-Level Goals, Sustainable Community and Economic Objectives and their associate actions areas as part of the SEA Screening. These Goals and Objectives are in line with those at higher levels of the planning hierarchy – the National Planning Framework, Ireland 2040 (NPF), the National Development Plan to 2027 (NDP), the Regional Spatial and Economic Strategy for the Southern Region (RSES). The Objectives are mapped with reference to the Plan High-Level Goals, the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the RSES for the Southern Region, and the Cork City Development Plan 2022-2028 (see Table 1 below). A SEA Screening Review of the High-Level Goals, Sustainable Community and Economic Objectives and their associate actions are shown in the Tables below. All of the objective actions details below include the lead, partners, timeframes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Council Role whether Full accountability, co-ordinating or Influencing).
