2.3.6

Ensure priority and focus remains on the RAPID areas across the city focusing on capacity building and service delivery through the RAPID Area Based Committee (ABC). In collaboration with the community and voluntary sector and public bodies providing public services, develop a suite of training modules on such topics as anti-racism, cultural competency, plain English and creating a trauma-sensitive city.

2.5.1

Develop a Disability Strategy which enables accessibility, integration, and inclusion and which recognises and encourages ability, empowerment, and independence of disabled people/people with disabilities. Establish an inclusion marker/ indicator for all public sector financing/funding for community organisations to ensure that the most marginalised communities are reached.
