Upskill And Remove Barriers, Especially In Disadvantaged Areas Support communities in areas of disadvantage such as RAPID areas by upskilling and removing barriers for entry to the workplace and business development i.e. migrant populations, lone parents and disabled people/ people with disabilities. (RAPID areas include Mahon, Knocknaheeney, Glen, Togher and Mayfield). Support People With Disabilities In Business To increase support for people with disabilities starting businesses. Support Business Development • Engage with Business Associations and Community Associations. • Support the development of Community/Enterprise Hubs. (These will help further support local employment and remote hub working and coworking.)

• Support businesses to harness opportunities in climate and sustainability sectors.

• To create a Cork Multinational Corporation Forum (MN and Small- Medium Enterprise (SME) to promote greater SME involvement in the FDI supply chain through networking, information sharing. • Support enterprise in strategic employment locations identified in the Cork MASP and Cork City Development Plan. Develop Tourism • Develop an integrated sustainable urban tourism experience including walking, cycling tours, culture and arts, theatre, music, and festivals experience. • Support development of an iconic tourist attraction for the city.

• Develop existing and new attractions, cultural facilities.

• Support businesses to be ready for: - climate action

• Support development of the city as a quality food destination.

- ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) legislation - the Sustainable Development Goals Reporting Directives, and so on.
