This will include using a plain English approach to language and a visual aid to public sector services in the city, to assist service users to navigate according to their needs. This should include services for: • Children • Youth • Family services
to make full use of and enjoy public space across the city for
recreation, to further their health, social engagement, and safety. This should include: • Hard urban surfaces such as squares, pedestrianised areas and plazas • Green spaces • Waterways • Built heritage and its value to contemporary communities. Accessibility We will examine the adequacy of accessibility infrastructure and signposting in key community centres and in the city centre. We will work with stakeholders to remedy identified gaps in amenity provision and accessibility.
• Social and health services • Safety, governance, and economic supports.
•
Information In Both Irish and English We will make sure provisions of the Official languages acts of 2003 and 2021 are being complied within the LECP.
