ACA Blackrock Road Sub-Area B: Dundanion Court 1.118 Dundanion Court, in contrast to the character of the rest of the area, is an example of a high-quality mid- 20th century housing scheme. It is a prime example of Modernist architecture whose façades feature fine detailing such as cedar external cladding and polished aluminium letter plates. The layout of the development includes external elements that are complementary to the architecture and intrinsic to the character of the area, including: communal soft courtyard spaces providing amenity, and narrow streets and parking courts.
