Cork Learning Neighbourhoods

Corks Learning Neighbourhoods is an initiative that promotes lifelong learning across Cork City. The initiative brings organisations, educators, and residents together to make learning opportunities fun, welcoming, and accessible to everyone, regardless of age or background. Cork Learning Neighbourhoods has eight designated areas as part of the initiative. Across Cork, Learning Neighbourhoods are buzzing with activity in 2026 bringing education, creativity, and community together in fun, welcoming ways for everyone to enjoy.

This spring, Knocknaheeny learners explored the fascinating world of Forensic Psychology in a six- week course led by UCC lecturer Tadgh Connery at Cork City Partnership on Foyle Avenue.
