3.3.3 SEA Consultation Consultation with statutory environmental authorities was undertaken to inform the SEA Scoping process. A draft version of the SEA Scoping Report and appropriate SEA scoping questions were issued to the statutory environmental authorities. The consultation period lasted for 4 weeks. In line with SEA Regulations, the following statutory environmental authorities were consulted on the scope and level of detail of the information to be included in this SEA Environmental Report:
