To stem emigration of young professionals due to unaffordable cost of living, the Tel Aviv government focused on creating a city that would foster growth of start- ups and business to help young professionals thrive. Changwon, leveraged the city’s history to target new generations of painters, potters, sculptors and poets to build a city which is known for it’s authenticity and is a workspace for hundreds of artists from around the globe.
