Routine fly tipping on greens and open spaces followed up by Parks crews.
Social Distancing Park Rangers
Together with the People & Organisation Directorate, introduced a Social Distancing Park Ranger Scheme throughout our Parks and walkways, to encourage social distancing. The Scheme, with 150 staff from across the City Council, was a great success and was subsequently awarded the Chambers Ireland Community Engagement Award.
Tree Planting and Maintenance
Tree planting took place throughout the City. Necessary tree management works were carried out.
