Recommendation: No change. While the provision of actual sites is a matter that extends beyond the Development Plan, the prevalent land use zoning objectives proposed for the Mahon area facilitate education and community facility uses. Cork City Council will work with stakeholders in this regard. Recommendation: No change. While the provision of waste management services and infrastructure are operational matters that extend beyond the Development Plan, the Draft Plan seeks to improve public realm across the City. Recommendation: No change.

Submission seeks two sites in the Mahon area for children and young adults living with autism.
