Appropriate assessment is carried out in parallel with the preparation of the development plan as part of the plan-making process. the Draft Plan was accompanied by a Natura Impact Report, which will be updated as the plan- making process progresses. Recommendation: No Change. These observations are noted, however this is not a development plan matter but a matter for the development management planning consent processes. This scheme is being managed by the OPW. Recommendation: No Change. The full extent of protection measures for the ecologically sensitive areas of the City are set out in the SEA Environmental Report and the Natura Impact Report that accompany the Draft Plan. Various provisions have been integrated into the Draft Plan to this effect. Recommendation: No Change.
