This submission is effectively a duplication of submission 373. See submission 373 below. Recommendation: No change. The “ZO 4 Long - term Strategic Regeneration” zoning designation on this site accurate reflects the land use pattern of this area to the south of the main street in Ballincollig. Furthermore, it is not considered that the current zoning would impact upon the operation of the current business activity or the future development
