These will be prepared as the need arises and resources allow. Where framework plans are indicated for an area, this does not imply that no development proposals will be considered prior to the framework plan being prepared. However, the scale, mix and form of any such development and its associated infrastructure will need to be designed to successfully integrate with the existing and emerging local neighbourhood and wider city area.
