Recommendation: (i) Change zoning of the lands in this location situated within the Ballincollig settlement boundary from “ZO 2 New Residential Neighbourhoods” to “ZO 14 Institutions and Community”. (ii) Change zoning of the lands in this location situated outside the Ballincollig settlement boundary from “ZO 2 New Residential Neighbourhoods” to “ZO 21 City Hinterland”. Recommendation Omit “ZO 3 Tier 3 Residential Neighbourhoods” from these lands, and designate these lands as “Longer Term Strategic Development Lands”.
