• The submission focuses on the importance of the needs of children with respect to provision of equity of access to arts. • The submissions welcomes the focus of the plan on Blackpool (p.416) as a key growth area and highlights the importance of the provision of cultural opportunities for young people and children. • A policy encouraging facilities and services that meet the needs of children for the provision of equitable access to arts helping to realise creative potential, as well as nurturing their curiosity. • A policy that helping the Council to meet objectives to provide cultural opportunities in Blackpool for children and young people.

• This submission supports the proposed ZO 03 Tier 3 Residential Neighbourhood zoning on lands at Rock Farm, Curraheen, Bishopstown, Cork and are fully committed to the development of these lands for residential development. • The submission outlines the planning rationale to support the proposed zoning, including the proposed LRT route • No change requested - Fully support the Council’s Proposed ZO 03 Tier 3 Residential Neighbourhood for our client’s lands and ask that it be adopted as part of the final adopted City Development Plan.
