• Proposed ZO 04 zoning objective is inappropriate as it relates to Blarney; • Proposed extension to the ACA is unwarranted; and Both objectives will delay infrastructural upgrades • The ZO 07 Urban Town Centre objective would more accurately reflect the characteristics of the subject lands, the fact that it can be developed in the short term and its future development potential • Proposed ZO 04 zoning objective is inappropriate and the proposed extension to the ACA is unwarranted in Blarney.

• To provide an additional public pedestrian bridge to access the development site at the eastern end of the distillery site from the Lee Maltings site. The objective would appear to be inconsistent with the protection of the assets. • This specific objective, for the provision of a bridge for which no plausible reason is given, is deleted from the Plan.
