Support the growth of CETB buildings.

• Support for deep energy retrofit solutions to existing CETB estate’s building stock including renewable technologies. • Support increased density and h eight allowed at CETB’s city centre facilities i.e. St Johns College • Improve public transport links from north side of city to CETB centres including Colaiste Stiofan Naofa. • Support flood mitigation measures to CETB city centre properties.

Summary of Submission and Observation:
• Rezone ZO 16 Public Open Space to ZO2 New Residential Neighbourhoods for lands at Hollyhill given the close proximity to major employer Apple and the proposed North Distributor Road. • There is a great need to rebalance the north side of Cork City with the south side given high levels of deprivation on the north side.

Summary of Submission and Observation:
Request for various changes to plan on various topics including fully supporting the Save Cork City campaign. Request support for: • Dog park in Ballincollig along with dog poo bins, safer streets • More housing and parks • Object to the city walls flood relief scheme • Cork City Hall to be a cultural hub • Cork City to be a Breastfeeding Friendly City • Set up a Cork City People’s Assembly
