• This submission puts forward ongoing issues of public transport and connectivity for residents on the middle Glanmire Road, wherein residents have no available public transport access to schools, retail or employment. • They seek that further housing developments be restricted in this area until services and infrastructure is delivered to support high density populations. • Urgent need to address lack of public transport for Middle Glanmire Road • Seek to restrict new housing development in this area until services and infrastructure are delivered.

• This submission puts forward their vision to protect Cork’s built heritage, and to restore the historic Quay Walls. • Seeking a reconsideration of flood relief works to provide a tidal barrier in Cork Harbour. • Non-material issues include affordable student housing and the restriction of private developer purchasing public lands for development.
