• The author outlines that their lands are proposed to be zoned in this plan as public open space in Kerry Pike, however they states that these lands are not in public ownership nor are they open to the public for use. • Objects to private lands proposed to be zoned as public open space • Lands are not open to the public for use and remain in private ownership in Kerry Pike • Map attached.
