Summary of Submission and Observation:
• This submission seeks the inclusion of a specific zoning for a multi use maritime recreation hub in Marina along the river lee. • The submission sets out a number of objectives in chapter 6 of the draft plan which support the provision of such a facility and seeks a specific land area be identified for maritime activity. • The suggestion being the eastern park of the marina park lands. • Seeks inclusion of a maritime recreation hub zoning in marina park • The zoning would be in accordance with a number of objectives set out in Chapter 6 of the development plan.
