[OBJECTIVE 10.100] NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT SITES
Neighbourhood Development Sites are sites which are considered to have the potential to provide local benefit to the local neighbourhood and act as catalyst developments, if developed appropriately and to their potential. 11 neighbourhood development sites are identified in the City Development Plan, as reflected on the map below:
