[ Cork City Development Plan 2022-2028, Section 15(2) Two-Year Progress Report ]
Changing Household Size Changes in household size have a significant impact on population growth. The Joint Cork Housing Strategy and Housing Need Demand Assessment (HNDA) 2022-2028 carried out a detailed assessment to help predict and plan for changes in future average household size (AHS) during the City Development Plan period and beyond. The HNDA sets out a city-wide AHS of 2.49 persons for the plan period, being based on a forecast for 2022-2028.
