[OBJECTIVE 3.9] ADAPTATION OF EXISTING HOMES, INFILL DEVELOPMENT AND CONVERSION OF UPPER FLOORS
It is estimated that Cork City Council have approved the adaptation of existing homes, infill development and the re-use of vacant properties as part of different delivery channels, to a total of 465 units.

The total amount of Croí Cónaithe grant applications that have been received from August 2022 to 30th June 2024 is 279 applications (51 new applications this quarter). Of these, 191 have first inspections completed, and have been approved or have been approved in principle for the Croí Conaithe grant.
