Full Marathon prize structure 2026: (TOTAL Purse €21,100 up from €13,700 in 2025) Prizes will be awarded in the following categories both male and female:
€100, €75, €50 for 1st, 2nd & 3rd respectively in each age category: €4050 in total
35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60-64 65-69 70-74 75+
1 st : €2000 2 nd : €1000 3 rd : €800 4 th : €700 5 th : €600 6 th : €500 7 th : €400 8 th : €300 9 th : €200 10 th : €100

Keane’s Jewellers Perpetual Cork City Marathon Trophies Kindly donated by Keane’s Jewellers, the first across the line in the men’s and women’s marathon receive a beautifully crafted silver trophy. The trophies will be engraved with the winners’ names. The trophies are perpetual, so the winners have to part with their silverware at the end of their reigning year!
