We believe that our workforce reflects the diversity of our great city and that this diversity will be a source of strength for the whole organisation. Our people policies and practices support equal opportunities for recognition and career development. We are committed to continuing to expand and improve the range of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives.
