The Cork on a Fork offer includes five wines and accompanying bites. There is no set start time. Enjoy a fun (and FREE) Franciscan Well Beer and Pompeii Pizza pairing event with pizza making demos. Limited to 15-20 people max on a first come basis. Pre-booking essential for this event. One of the festival highlights will be the Taste of Princes Street Dinner on opening night. 200 guests will be seated along the pedestrianised street for a formal long-table style dinner showcasing the range of quality produce in the region and the culinary offering on the street.
