DEANROCK (€250k) The preferred layout has been selected. Costing and discussions are underway with the NTA regarding funding for the project.
MONAHAN ROAD EXTENSION (€5 million) Tender Documents for the selection of the design team are progressing.

Urban Regeneration & Development Fund: EASTERN GATEWAY BRIDGE The draft appraisal brief & related tender documents as per DPER Public Spending Code requirements are complete. The Appraisal tender documents will be issued to LDA for their input prior to publication.
CORK SCIENCE & INNOVATION PARK ROAD PROJECT Land acquisition process is progressing. Detailed Design and preparation of construction contract documents for Phase 1A is progressing. Roads Capital Programme: DUCGS & NTA Funded Project: MARY ELMES PEDESTRIAN & CYCLE BRIDGE (€5.2 million) The bridge project is complete. The repaving of Harley’s Street is substantially complete. The remaining work is scheduled to be undertaken in the coming weeks.
BEAMISH & CRAWFORD QUARTER INFRASTRUCTURE The tender process for selection of the design team is nearing completion.
