The 2020 Weed control contract is nearing completion.
Updates for 2020 Road Resurfacing Programme
Only two weeks were completed in August, due to Lagan working on Dunkettle and Cork County sites for the other two weeks.
The following roads were resurfaced during August
City North Area:
Fairhill / Knockpogue Junction

Brooklodge Grove

• St. Joseph’s View Estate (NE Ward Councillor Estate Nomination)
Upper Dublin Hill and Dublin Pike

Blarney/Tower Area
Ballycannon, Kerry Pike

Douglas/Rochestown Area:
Lyndon Crescent

Altogether, approximately 40% of the works programme had been completed by the end of August. All of the above roads are classified as local roads.
