Include in LECP to strengthen existing partnership in and with communities and build new partnerships to tackle the problems of drug misuse. Give evidence-based outcomes. To enhance life-long learners in a progressive and inclusive way, Cork County Council Library and Arts Service Development Plan 2020 – 2025 was created. LECP could reference this with emphasis on youth and aged. Actions on Archaeology, Built, Cultural and Natural Heritage. LECP: show evidence of local actions taken that protects and manages heritage and biodiversity in our community e.g Gardening /rooftop initiatives LECP: refer to RAPID (Revitalising Areas through Planning, Investment and Development) communities illustrating socially inclusive performance music education. E.g. music camps, performances and festivals.
