12.30 - 13.30 HRS Let’s Stop Wasting our Waste Unit 3 Marina Commercial Park, Centre Park Rd 12 VW53 CUSP Cork Urban Soil Project ENVIRONMENT / ECOLOGY | FOOD & NUTRITION Cork Urban Soil Project (CUSP) is an exciting year-long experiment to create a ‘closed-loop system’ turning would-be food waste back into soil for use in a thriving urban micro-farm and other community food growing projects. Come see the site of our future farm, feed the aerobic biodigester, and have an interactive discussion about the circular economy, food systems, and composting. 12.45 -13.45 HRS Let’s Get Started Yoga Workshop Ballincollig, 13A Westpoint Retail Park, P31 PV24 Himalaya Yoga Valley SPORT / EXERCISE / FITNESS | HEALTH / WELLBEING Get familiar with all aspects of a yoga class. Your teacher breaks down the faster parts of our Signature Sequence class, shows excellent injury prevention techniques, introduces the terms used in yoga and shows you how to use the props, followed by a short taster class! Questions are encouraged in this very informal, friendly and informative class which takes place every Saturday.
