The implementation of this action and the delivery of the associated outputs are consistent with the aims of the following objectives of the Cork City Development Plan 2022 -2028. 2.14 Walkable Neighborhoods 2.29 Quality of Life 3.26 Cork City as a WHO Healthy City 3.27 Healthcare Infrastructure 3.28 Sustainable Transport for Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities 4.2 Cork City Movement Strategy 4.4 Active Travel 6.8 Community Food Growing 6.20 Active Recreational Infrastructure These objectives have already been assessed for Appropriate Assessment as part of the Cork City CDP 2022-2028 NIR and the current plan proposal will not result in any activities over and above those already committed to as part of the above plans.

Ensure the roll out and delivery of Cork Trauma Sensitive Cities Strategy and source funding of additional resources to engage a coordinator to deliver key priorities within the strategy. To support programmes that increase health outcomes for Travellers and Roma Communities Health Collaborate on community development initiatives with the Roma community that positively impact health and wellbeing Encourage the sustainable travel and health cross-over using initiatives such as safe cycling - primary schools ‘cycle buses’
