accessibility and signposting in key community centres and in the city centre and work with stakeholders to remedy identified gaps in amenity provision and accessibility. infrastructure Cork City Council will build on the work of the Customer Service Unit to encourage ready access to City Council services and facilities, inclusive of all ages and abilities. This will include ensuring a Plain English approach to language and an organigram of public sector services in the city, to assist service users to navigate according to their needs. This should include children /youth/ family services, social and health services and safety, governance, and economic supports. Ensure provisions of the Official languages acts of 2003 and 2021 are being complied within the LECP. Continue to foster and develop Community of Interest groups to be self- sustaining and resilient, with ongoing support through service provision of Community wardens, Health Action zone workers, and initiatives such as Healthy Ireland, Sláintecare, etc.
