Develop metrics and apply a mechanism for tracking greenhouse gas emissions and develop a public platform for displaying the data. Promote the sustainable retrofitting of all key municipal buildings, collaborate with the private sector on large-scale sustainable public energy projects, and support small enterprises to invest in energy efficient technologies and equipment.
