Economic and Enterprise Development Key findings are presented below for each of the six High Level Goals by referring to the organisation or individual that made a submission and the relevant recommendation, or “consultation finding.” With the exception of a small number of extensive and “single High-Level Goal specific” submissions, the overall volume of responses does not permit more than one or two findings per organisation/individual, but more detail can be obtained in Appendices 1 through to 6. 1.
