Implementation and Evaluation
Monitoring and evaluation are critical for understanding the effectiveness of this Irish Language Plan. The plan is action focused which will enable insight into how it is being implemented. Regular monitoring allows us to identify successes and areas where improvements can be made. It also ensures accountability, allowing stakeholders to track progress and improve collaboration to achieving goals. The plan is agile – a plan that is easily reviewed and can be changed over time.
