Nano Nagle Place Dollhouse in a Shoebox

This 1.5-hour activity starts with a tour telling the story of Nano Nagle and 18th Century Cork before you make an 18th Century Dollhouse using shoeboxes and crafty materials. Bring your own shoebox but all other art materials will be provided. Booking essential on www.nanonagleplace.ie 12pm to 1.30pm, Nano Nagle Place, Douglas Street.

Cork City Libraries The Classic Short Story: Writing Workshop

Madeline D’Arcy, award winning author will talk about the structure of the classic short story and compare it to other forms of fiction. 1.30pm to 3pm, The City Library, Grand Parade.

Youghal Native and Feminist Anna Fisher Haslam grew up believing in education and equality for everyone. The centenary of her death was November 29th, 2022. 2pm to 3pm, Children and Young People’s Library, The City Library, Grand Parade.
