Nano Nagle Place Dollhouse in a Shoebox

This 1.5-hour activity starts with a tour telling the story of Nano Nagle and 18th Century Cork before you make an 18th Century Dollhouse using shoeboxes and crafty materials. A presentation by Ellen Scally (UCC Film and Screen Media) on Cork’s rich cinematic history and its contribution to non-

professional cinema in Ireland and beyond. 12pm to 1pm, The City Library, Grand Parade.

Cork City Libraries Tour of St Joseph’s Cemetery

Liam O hÚigín, local historian will provide a guided tour of St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Tory Top Road, Ballyphehane. It was created for the poor by Rev. Theobald Mathew, a Franciscan Capuchin friar in the 1800’s. 7pm to 8pm, St Joseph’s Cemetery, Tory Top Road, Ballyphehane. Shandon Historical Walking Tour Explore Cork’s most historic quarter with the Lord Mayor of Cork, Cllr.
