Planning Enforcement 10 new enforcement cases were opened in November and 10 cases were closed. 40% of cases were dismissed under Section 152(2) of the Planning & Development Act 2000, as amended. 10% of cases were resolved through negotiations and 50% were resolved following enforcement proceedings.
