CITY CENTRE PUBLIC TRANSPORT IMPROVEMENT SCHEME (€5 million) Construction is complete. Final Account discussions are ongoing. MCCURTAIN STREET PUBLIC TRANSPORT IMPROVEMENT SCHEME (€8 million) Preliminary Design is ongoing. Awaiting NTA approval to proceed to Part 8. SOUTH QUAYS PUBLIC TRANSPORT IMPROVEMENT SCHEME (€4.5 million ) Consultants appointed. Data collection and option assessment is underway. GRANGE TO TVP PEDESTRIAN & CYCLEWAY inc. N40 Bridge detailed design is underway. Tender for ground investigation contract to be issued April 2020 T HOMAS DAVIS BRIDGE JUNCTION IMPROVEMENT SCHEME (€450K) Construction works are complete- signalised junctions now in operation.
N40 SARSFIELD & BANDON ROAD FLYOVER PROJECT (€31.55 million) Localised settlement issues on the N40 continue to be monitored. SIAC Ltd has completed significant repairs. The Maintenance Contract for the N40 has now passed to Egis Lagan. LOWER GLANMIRE ROAD RESURFACING & FOOTPATH REPAIR CONTRACT (€2.5 million) Const ruction is substantially complete with some minor works such as lining, signage and street furniture to be installed in the coming weeks.

CORK CYCLE NETWORK: PHASE 3 – BALLYVOLANE INCLUDING FOX & HOUNDS JUNCT ION (€4.0 million) Consultants appointed. Option assessment and data collection underway. SKEHARD ROAD - PHASE 2 PARKHILL TO CHURCH ROAD JUNCTION INCLUDING CSO JUNCTION (€3.5 million) Construction contract is complete. Snagging work is ongoing. SKEHARD ROAD- PHASE 3 CHURCH ROAD TO BESSBORO JUNCTION (€2 million) Detailed Design and tender documentation is ongoing. The process for Land Acquisition is underway. 9 of the 12 properties are now agreed. DENNEHY’S CROSS TO WILTON GARDENS (€4 million) Preliminary design is complete. Part 8 planning proposals were not approved. Discussions are ongoing with the NTA concerning the delivery of the complete corridor project. PASSAGE GREENWAY ENHANCEMENT CONTRACT Phase 1 (Mahon to Docklands) (€2.5 million) Preliminary D esign is complete. Part 8 Planning is approved. Procurement of Design Team is complete. The detailed Design process is underway. PASSAGE GREENWAY ENHANCEMENT CONTRACT Phase 2 (Mahon to Passage) ( €4.0 million) Preparation of tender documents for selection of Design Team is progressing. LEHENAGHMORE ROAD WIDENING & REALIGNMENT PROJECT Preliminary design layout drawings are under development. Land acquisition will be required.

BALLYBRACK CYCLE SCHEME Part 8 planning approval in place.
PEDESTRIAN SAFETY INTERVENTIONS (€500K ) construction works are completed at Mick Barry Rd & Our Lady Crowned junction and works are ongoing at 4 remaining locations. Section 38’s are out for public consultation for a new scheme at Vicar’s Road, Dublin Hill and Ringmahon Road. Submissions on these proposals are due on 9 th of April. NORTHERN DISTRIBUTER ROUTE SELECTION ASSESSMENT The preparation of contract documents for the appointment of a design team to determine the route of the proposed northern distributer road is progressing. SOUTHERN DISTRIBUTER ROUTE SELECTION ASSESSMENT The preparation of contract documents for the appointment of a design team to determine the route of the proposed southern distributer road is progressing.
CLARKE’S HILL Preliminary Design and Part 8 planning is complete. Land Acquisition discussions are underway.
