Excavate Graves and undertake burials. Niche sales and record Inurnments.
Record Interments, grave re-openings and plot sales, Grass mowing, wreath & floral removal, litter collection and weed control. Lay Foundations for Headstones. Maintain car parks Liaise with the Public and Bereaved Families. Issue invoices and reconcile accounts. Green diesel tank installed in St James cemetery Car park wall minor repair undertaken at Curraghkippane cemetery
Essential Service during COVID -19 Pandemic.
Parks staff redeployed to Cemeteries to create additional teams as back-up should an existing team have to self- isolate due to contracting COVID – 19. Teams operating a shift roster. Additional staff trained in excavator operation.
