• Identify and encourage new partners from underrepresented groups to join committees to diversify and reform. • Retain and grow the funding stream from key partners. • Invite representatives from business and industry to participate (Cork Chamber, Cork Business Association) and Trade Unions. • Hold annual round table review and consultation to provide stakeholders with updates on activities. Learning City Networks • Continue hosting regular Coordinators Meetings, fostering collaboration and communication among our educational networks. • Maintain a consistent flow of information sharing/knowledge exchange between cities. • Hold regular meetings of Steering Group Chairs across all cities to promote effective leadership/collaboration. • Hold INLC All-Island conference (annual or biennial) to facilitate collaboration/knowledge exchange. • Include Galway City and Waterford City as new addition to learning city network, expanding reach and impact. • Appoint INLC coordinator to enhance network’s coordination and effectiveness. • Organise visits of Learning City delegations, based on the ‘Shared Island’ model, to foster collaboration between Learning City community partners, both North and South
