Issues; Limited access to essential facilities and services, challenges in accessing and maintaining education and training, limited access to public transportation. (Traffic and Parking): Issues: Concerns about road closures and impact on the community, issues related to traffic and parking, traffic congestion due to road closures, concerns about the impact of continued development of the Apple’ site, potential dual carriage way development. (Streets and Spaces): Issues: Concerns about the impact of developments like Apple’s car park, Lack of clean, respectable, green spaces, lack of cleanliness and disease (e.g., rats), concerns about bumps on green and lack of child-friendly spaces, overcrowded living conditions, need for better infrastructure. (Natural space): Issues: lack of access to natural spaces, a lot of concrete on the site/bay and high walls between the bays, soon to be higher walls, calls for a clean, respectable, and green space. Recommendations: Provide a green area and playground with a flat green space, put trees around the wall. (Play and recreation): Issues: promised projects (playground, horse project) not delivered, lack of space for play, no routine, activity, or facilities for recreation, bumps on green, area not child friendly, no spaces for fun/play.
