Issues: Limited access to essential facilities and services, change of staff in agencies, where is TVG, Springboard lack of mental health support and resources, services not wanting to go on site, maintenance delays, prefab facilities as an alternative, difficulty accessing the Renting Mobile Scheme (Caravan Loan Scheme), embarrassment from site due to dirt, lack of storage, only 1 shower/bathroom Recommendations: A cleaning routine for the park (Work and Local Economy): Issues; low literacy rates and limited employment opportunities, lack of local work opportunity, discrimination locally with shops, no jobs and discrimination for members of the Traveller community, no local work opportunity, discrimination in the job market, lack of local work opportunity, road closure due to Apple impact, potential dual carriageway. Recommendations; Provide a CE (Community Employment?) scheme, provide Apprenticeships in relevant career areas (e.g. Farrier), modified for learning ability. (Housing and Community): Issues: Address sleeping outdoors, address sleeping on floors, develop plan for community park cleaning and a resource to empower residents to fix and address some maintenance issues themselves. Review family needs to integrate into wider community (i.e. sports grants to cover cost of equipment/hurley/boots), Overcrowded living conditions, lack of proper bedrooms and space, health issues related to overcrowding, such as allergies and arthritis, concerns about cleanliness and disease (e.g., rats), impact of high walls on the site on mental health, site being described as a prison, desire for homes for family members in proximity.
